When accounts are not paid in full on or before the due date, that amount relating to the current month’s charge unpaid by the due date shall be increased by 1.5 % percent per month and such increased amount shall become due and payable by the Customer the day immediately following such due date. times annual transmission line reserve recovery amount divided by 12 months.
Example:
Customer Annual Consumption is 5,000 m3/year
Total Hwy 14 Consumption is 700,000 m3/year
Annual Reserve recovery amount =$425,000
Annual percentage of use is 5,000/700,000 = 0.00714%
